Do you deliver in Alice Springs?
Yes. We offer free delivery for orders over $60, within 3km of the Alice Springs CBD area. Our friendly staff will contact you to coordinate delivery within 48 hours of placing your order.

Do you do click & collect?
Yes. We offer free pick up option for all orders. Our friendly staff will contact you to coordinate a pick up time within 48 hours of placing your order.

Do you deliver to addresses outside of Alice Springs
Yes. We are happy to use your preferred transport company to delivery to communities.
Alternatively, we can use Australia Post to send our orders. Once you have placed an order for delivery, we will calculate the shipping fee and estimated delivery date. Our friendly staff will contact you with these details within 48 hours of placing your order. We will send you a separate invoice for the shipping. All goods must be paid for prior to dispatch.

How long does delivery take?
We are committed to having fast delivery turnaround times. Depending on availability of the products, order will be shipped the next business day after payment is made. We will supply you with a tracking number from the transport company.

Are there are restrictions on what I can get delivered?
Yes. Some items are not able to be delivered. This includes refrigerated, frozen and delicate items. Should you order an item that cannot be shipped, we will contact you and process a refund for that item. Please note: we are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?
No, only fixed addresses.

Can I get a refund?
We do not offer return/refund for change of mind. If a product is damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 14 days on 0417 962 121 or order@lings.com.au with your order number, to discuss a refund, return or exchange.
