This is a package of Fish Tofu from the brand Lu Shi (禄仕). Fish Tofu ("Yú Fǔ"), despite its name, is not made from soybeans. It is a traditional Chinese delicacy made from a paste of fish meat (surimi) and egg whites, which is then fried, creating a golden, puffy exterior. The resulting texture is incredibly soft, tender, and spongy, much like silken tofu but with a savory seafood flavor and a pleasant bounce.
