This is Evergreen's pure Black Sesame Oil, known as "Hu Ma You" (胡麻油) in Taiwan. Please note that this is a different product from the lighter toasted sesame oil ("Xiang You," 香油). Black sesame oil is made from pressed, heavily toasted black sesame seeds, which gives it a much darker color and a deeper, stronger, and more robust nutty flavor. In traditional Taiwanese food therapy, it is considered a "warming" and nourishing oil.
