This is a bottle of Tamari Soy Sauce from the world-renowned Japanese brand, Kikkoman. Tamari is a unique type of Japanese soy sauce, traditionally made as a byproduct of miso paste. Unlike standard soy sauce ("shoyu") which is made with roughly equal parts soy and wheat, Tamari is typically made with only soybeans (or a very small amount of wheat).
